I’ve been in a fashion rut lately. Like many others out there, I’ve got a bad case of nothing-to-wear in my already bursting-at-the-seams closet. My clothing collection seems to almost swallow my poor boyfriend’s section of the closet, yet I find myself struggling with creating new outfits as of late. My conscious tugs at me to not purchase anything else because of wastefulness and my desire to be less impulsive. That led me to trying out Le Tote.

Review: Colourpop x Hello Kitty

Recently I fell into the impulse-purchase-pit… but to justify it, I did emerge with some really lovely products from the Colourpop x Hello Kitty collection. There’s just something about Hello Kitty that transcends all demographics… maybe it’s that iconic face and the decades of cuteness associated with the brand? Whatever it is- it totally works. I bought two lip products and an eye shadow: clearly, I wanted all the things pink. And shiny.

Review: My Go-To Mascara Got… Revamped?!

For those who love mascara, we’ve all (at one point) experienced the feeling when your mascara is running out: the pain floods you, knowing the imminent day you have to replace it is quickly approaching. No matter how many times you tell yourself, “just one more day,” you know you can only repeat this sentiment for so long. Ever since I got a trial-size of the Lash Domination Volumizing Mascara by BareMinerals, I’ve never looked back.  I learned they “revamped” it recently, much to my dismay.

Haul: Home Decor

I’m perpetually seeking new home decor items I can’t live without. My go-to places online for inspiration are West Elm and Crate & Barrel, but I prefer a much cheaper price point. I “stumbled” into T. J. Maxx and HomeGoods this past week, and I came out with some amazingly affordable pieces. No one would ever know these goodies came from an off-price retailer- it’ll be our little secret!
